The WTMS temperature monitoring system is designed for continuous temperature measurement of current-carrying elements, contact systems and other elements of indoor switchgears in the voltage range of 0.4-40.5 kV.
The WTMS kit consists of a terminal (1 pc), a signal receiver (1 pc) and wireless sensors (from 3 to 60 pcs):
The temperature sensor is installed directly on the current-carrying element or at any point where temperature monitoring is required, and is connected to the receiver via a wireless radio signal.
The signal receiver, in turn, is installed on the terminal and is equipped with a remote antenna to increase the range. In addition to temperature indication, when the set temperature is exceeded and the monitored point overheats, the terminal outputs a signal via two digital outputs, which can be used in RPA systems.
Three types of wireless sensors can be used in the WTMS system: 100, 200 and 400 series.
