FK10 is a linear limit switch (contact block) used in control systems as a sensor that outputs a signal upon mechanical contact of a pair of moving elements indicating a specific event. For example, the end of travel of the worm mechanism of a vacuum circuit breaker truck when the withdrawable element reaches the operating position. Or the end of travel of the Earthing switch blades to the "Earthed" position.
Design
The housing and actuating rod are made of plastic; the contact system is isolated from the external environment in a plastic housing.
