DPC-4 series chassis carts
DPC-4 series chassis carts are designed to organize draw-out elements for Switchgear Panels / Cubicles based on vacuum circuit breakers such as VD4 (ABB), SION (Siemens), Evolis (Schneider Electric), BBTEL, VS1, etc., as well as based on voltage transformers and for organizing sectional jumpers.
The carts are available in three versions: DPC-4-650 for 630 and 1250 A circuit breakers with a phase spacing of 150 mm, DPC-4-800 for circuit breakers up to 1600 A and a phase spacing up to 210 mm, and DPC-4-1000 for circuit breakers from 2000 A to 3150 A with a phase spacing of 275 mm.
The cart is equipped with limit switches (auxiliary contacts) for its position (service or test), as well as all necessary interlocks. A pull rod is provided to prevent the insertion of a closed circuit breaker, as well as a tongue for mutual interlocking with the earthing switch. The insertion depth is 200 mm.

Motorized chassis carts
Optionally, motorized draw-out chassis carts can be supplied in the same overall dimensions.
Such carts are equipped with their own control unit, mod. PMCU-03 with overload protection, installed in the relay protection and automation compartment.
In the PMCU-03 unit, it is possible to combine the cart control function with the control function of the automatic earthing switch ZR-12(24, 40.5). The unit implements all necessary interlocks to prevent erroneous actions during operation.
Thus, by using motorized chassis carts, automatic earthing switches, and the PMCU-03 control unit linking these devices, both full remote control of individual Switchgear Panels / Cubicles and remote assembly of the switchgear circuit without the participation of operating personnel are possible.
