Busbar Connectors 7.2-40.5 kV

Insulated busbar connectors BCT(L)(S) 7.2-40.5 kV are used to connect busbars (shielded or unshielded) to Interface C or F bushings according to EN 50181 of solid insulated, gas-insulated, and dry (clean) air-insulated switchgear for 7.2-40.5 kV and current 630-3150 A, providing their reliable sealing, insulation, and electrical connection.

BCT(L)(S) are made of high-quality elastomer resistant to moisture, dust, heat, and cold. Just like the corresponding busbars, BCT(L)(S) connectors are produced both shielded and unshielded. It is possible to combine BCT(L)(S) busbar connector assemblies with CCC2 cable connectors to arrange the connection of voltage transformers and/or Surge Arresters to the busbars.
