Automatic Air Dehumidifier (AAD)

The Automatic Air Dehumidifier is designed to maintain a set temperature and humidity in a closed space. It is installed in various compartments (cable, secondary switching) of switchgear panels / cubicles, and GIS. It is equipped with a temperature and humidity sensor. With the help of a built-in fan, the AAD drives moist air through a cooling device, on the surface of which moisture condenses, which is then discharged through a fitting in the lower part of the AAD using a silicone tube included in the delivery set. To regulate the temperature inside the space where the AAD is installed, it is necessary to additionally install a heating element, for example, JRD-XXX (not included in the delivery set).
